Music in the Park
The Seymour Community Historical Society is pleased to announce the music schedule for this summer. Entertainment will begin at 6:30 every Wednesday evening starting June 1 and continue all summer.
The program will take place at the gazebo in Nagel Park on Depot Street. In case of rain the activity will be moved to Wally’s Bowl. The entertainment is provided by area businesses and organized by the historical society. A wide variety of music is presented at no cost. Popcorn and soda are available on the grounds. Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy the bands.
John and Lynn Koenigs have put together another outstanding lineup of bands.

June 1 Les James and the James Gang – A local favorite.
June 8 “Tom’s Tunes” – A variety of tunes lively and spontaneous.
June 15 Mark Jirikovic – Czech style music from Denmark.
June 22 6:00 - Seymour H. S. Band followed by the Methodist Praise Band
June 29 Northern Lites with Dale Johnson – Accordion extraordinaire.
July 6 Walt Hess and the “Rim Shots” – Traditional country music - Red Hat night.
July 13 Two Tones – Big city sound in Burger Town - Challenge the Outdoors night.
July 20 “The New Generation” (The Polish Heritage Society) – Seymour’s warm up to Pulaski’s Polka Days.
July 27 Polka Dynamics Family Band followed by Jon and Sarah Family Duo.
Aug. 3 6:00 - The “Party Band” (KNX) with Mojo Lee Nimmer, Cliff & surprises.
Aug. 10 “Starwood” A special night for the new museum with a great local band.
Aug. 17 Gary and “Hauser’s Hot Shots” – Polka’s & two steps & one great show.
Aug. 24 Bernie Kroll, John Steltz, and Roger Hartwig (Veteran’s Salute) – Corn roast hosted by John and Earl with the world’s greatest sweet corn.
Aug. 31 Yodel’n Loren LeBlanc and the Honky Tonk Twisters.
